Here are three of the newsletters that I designed, edited and published. All of these newsletters, and others that I worked on, required a commanding knowledge of research, design layout, composition, spelling, grammar, punctuation, photography, photo editing and photo optimization.

won first place honors for four consecutive years as awarded by the National Cosmetology Association in annual national competiton. The newsletter was an 8 page tabloid-sized quarterly state association newsletter. On behalf of my client, I negotiated with vendors for printing costs and postal rates.
was part of a monthly safety program that I set up to support monthly safety meetings. I researched MSDS sheets and produced a monthly newsletter that included company news. I also created and published an annual safety quiz.
is a newsletter that I designed and wrote for a women's adventure travel company. It is part of an overall advertising concept that includes logo, newsletter, magazine ads, brochure, postcards and poster.
